Dustin Givens of 2327 71st Ave was arrested for attempted armed robbery of the McDonald’s at Burbank and Lee Drive Thursday night, according to police.
Cpl. L’Jean McNeely said the 29-year-old man walked into the restaurant with a hooded jacket and a mask on his face with an object that gave the impression of a handgun and demanded money from the employees.
Baton Rouge police officers responded to a call Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 around 11 p.m. at McDonald's on the corner of Burbank Drive and Lee Drive.
