The SG Summer Planning Committee convened Wednesday night to continue progressing both throughout the summer and into the upcoming school semester, as the group discussed the SG image.
Several preliminary ideas were discussed by the committee, ranging from social media strategies to a physical strategic plan.
The strategic plan, which was deliberated Wednesday evening, is still in the drafting phase, as the committee is in the process of completing a definite plan that will be used as a road map moving forward.
This plan includes everything from the values of the organization to its goals to its strategies moving forward. Such preliminary strategies include student organization outreach, senior college outreach, Greek life outreach and athletics among others.
Other thoughts, such as the use of the new SG logo (which has yet to be launched), were also spoken about.
SG Summer Planning Committee will meet again in two weeks to continue the ongoing discussion.
