Any nice filet of fish can be a delicious, healthy and filling meal that doesn’t take all night to prepare. Salmon is full of rich flavor that is easy to compliment, and it is doesn’t have an overly ‘fishy’ taste that some people dislike. This recipe is quick, requires few ingredients and can be a romantic treat for any couple looking to stay in and cook. I hope you enjoy my Lemon Pepper Salmon creation.
Recipe:
Ingredients: 1 large Salmon filet; 1/2 lemon; fresh ground black pepper; salt; garlic powder; olive oil
Preparation: On a large sheet of aluminum foil, pour a thin line of olive oil and sprinkle good bit of salt and garlic powder on top. Place the salmon, scale down, on the sheet and rub it around so that the bottom is fully coated in oil. Now, glaze the top of the fish with a hearty amount of olive oil and season with garlic powder and ground black pepper. Then squeeze your half lemon onto the top of the filet so that the fish is totally dowsed in juice. Wrap the aluminum foil around the salmon so that no juices will escape. Place on the grill at high heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Open the foil carefully and enjoy.
