Designers and fashionistas alike will flock to the runways this week, but not ones in Paris or New York.
The third New Orleans Fashion Week began Saturday, March 3, in the Crescent City.
Sarah Elizabeth Dewey and Jolie Bensen, University alumnae and creators of fashion house Joile & Elizabeth, have participated in NOLA Fashion Week since its inception in March 2011.
