The Baton Rouge Police Department is looking for a driver who struck a pedestrian early Sunday morning in the Tigerland area.
The victim, identified by WBRZ as 26-year-old Blake McKee, is in critical condition.
McKee was crossing the 5100 block of Alvin Dark Ave. near Brightside Lane around 1:45 a.m. when a silver or light colored Honda Accord EX — either a 1999 or 2000 model — hit him and drove off, according to a BRPD news release.
The vehicle had alloy rims, missing driver’s side mirror and center cap on the left front tire and possible damage on the left front of the vehicle.
