Coming off a record shattering performance in her collegiate debut, freshman diver Cassie Weil was named the Southeastern Conference Female Diver of the Week Tuesday.
Weil broke the three-meter dive school record in a dual meet loss at Auburn on Saturday, scoring a 372.68 to win the event by over 75 points.
Also claiming the one-meter springboard title with a 289.13, Weil scored 18 total points in the Lady Tiger (2-1, 1-1 SEC) loss to garner the conference honor.
