William Bouvay Jr., the man arrested for calling in a bomb threat to the University on Sept. 17, will be arraigned Oct. 11.
The state officially charged Bouvay for reporting the fake threat Thursday for communicating false information of a planned bombing on school property.
He was set to be arraigned today but the hearing was rescheduled.
If convicted, Bouvay, of 8224 Skysail Ave., could face up to 20 years in prison.
