With National Signing Day just three weeks away, LSU coach Trent Johnson received his third commitment of the season from four-star shooting guard Aaron Dotson of Seattle, according to Rivals.com.
Dotson chose LSU over scholarship offers from Louisville, Washington and SMU.
Dotson is rated as Rivals.com’s No. 89 overall prospect and is currently the highest rated recruit committed to the Tigers.
The Seattle native said Johnson and the opportunity for early playing team sparked his decision.
“I felt comfortable with coach Johnson, the assistants and the players,” Dotson told Rivals.com. “It’s also a great conference and I like the fact that they’re losing three (shooting) guards.”
