A day after Hurricane Gustav ravaged the campus, University officials decided to keep its doors closed until Friday and resume classes Monday, according to a news release from the University’s Emergency Operating Center.The LSU Child Care Center, LSU Laboratory School, Paul M. Hebert Law Center and LSU Agricultural Center will also be closed until Friday.Classes, public events and any University activities are suspended and all offices will be closed.Residence halls and campus apartments will remain open through the week, and 459 Commons will be the only dining hall to be open, pending uninterrupted power.
