(AP) — Power outages from two recent hurricanes still plague Louisiana.Figures released Tuesday by the state Public Service Commission show about 69,000 electric customers in the Louisiana are still without electricity, down from an estimated 93,000 a day earlier.The PSC also said the total number of telephone lines out of service is 24,674.
