Four handicap parking spots are being moved farther south on Tower Road because of new construction around the Student Union Theater. Construction fences surrounding the theater have blocked off two state required handicap spots and two medical spots which require University tags, according to Union officials. Because the spots are located on Tower Road, they are usually reserved for staff.The fences will continue to block these spaces until construction on the theater has been completed. The theater is scheduled to remain under construction for the next 18 months.
