LSU’s postseason outlook may have gained a bit more clarity Wednesday, as the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets received a bid to the Chick-fil-A Bowl in Atlanta, Ga.The Yellow Jackets have been selected as the Atlantic Coast Conference’s representative in the Dec. 31 contest, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The decision will be announced in a press conference scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.The Chick-fil-A Bowl, which owns the Southeastern Conference’s fourth bowl selection, is considering both LSU and South Carolina as participants. If selected, the Tigers will be facing the nation’s No. 3 rushing attack in the Yellow Jackets’ triple option offense.LSU last played in the Chick-fil-A Bowl following the 2005 season.
