The Times-Picayune reported today that Pokey Chatman, LSU women’s basketball coach, had inappropriate conduct with one or more players.
The Times-Picayune cited unnamed “university sources who are aware of the events or have been briefed on it by school officials.”
Chatman announced Wednesday she would be stepping down from her position as head coach after the NCAA tournament.
She announced today her resignation is immediate.
