On Feb. 28, the University’s Phi Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi won its second consecutive Southeast Regional Best Practices Competition in the category of Financial Literacy.Chapter officers Sarah Miller, Rachelle Ross, Joseph Imarata, Megan Doiron, Emily Plauche and Madison Lichliter attended the Southeast Regional Meeting for the competition.This year’s mission for the Best Practices competition was “Developing Life Skills: Helping Others Succeed.” The 30 participating members of the Phi chapter swept the competition with their presentation “Regaining Control of Your Finances.”The chapter spent more than 278 hours on combined research, development and presentation for the project.——Contact Adam Duvernay at [email protected]
