Gas prices across the country are rising again after months of decline.The average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in the U.S. is at $1.89, up 24 cents from last month, and the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in Baton Rouge is up 29 cents to $1.79, according to AAA Fuel Gauge Report.
