MIAMI (AP) — Tropical Storm Olaf is maintaining its strength as it moves north in the Pacific far off Mexico’s coast.
Olaf’s maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 kph). The storm is expected to begin weakening by late Friday.
The tropical storm is centered about 485 miles (780 kilometers) west of the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula and moving north near 10 mph (17 kph).
