Many students rely on the LSU bookstore for their textbook purchases each semester, but shopping for books online could save you lots of money and time.
Two LSU seniors created TigerBookmarket.com to help students avoid the high costs at traditional bookstores.
The buyer can search for their textbooks on the homepage by title, author or subject.
With the click of a mouse the site searches the web to find the cheapest price available online.
We searched the book titled Diversity amid Globalization. TigerBookmarket.com showed that amazon.com was the cheapest place to buy the book.
By searching the internet, we saved about $50 on one book.
