The Student Union will host a video-game event this evening to celebrate the long-awaited completion of Phase I of construction.Students can participate in Bealtes Rock Band, NCAA Football 2010 and Need for Speed: Shift competitions between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. The winners may take home one of these three games, and a student identification is required to participate.The grand opening of the new Union spaces will be held tomorrow between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.After the 3:30 p.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony, the new student-chosen name of the Live Oak Lounge will be unveiled.Live music and snacks will be available for the rest of the evening.
