The Cotton Bowl has announced they will be hosting a game between Ole Miss and Oklahoma State this season, according to multiple reports.
That move paves the way potentially for LSU to play in the Capital One Bowl, because that bowl usually hosts the second best team in the Southeastern Conference’s Western Division.
Should LSU play in the Capital One Bowl, their most likely opponents would be either Iowa or Penn State, depending on who the BCS selects as at-large selections.
