LSU coach Ed Orgeron said the team practiced on starting fast during the week, the opposite happened in the Tigers’ game against Troy.

The Trojans were able to move the ball down to the Tigers 20 yard line, and were given time to attempt a field goal after the referees added two seconds to the clock.

The Tigers finished with 158 yards of total offense in the half. Senior running back Darrel Williams has 50 yards on 11 carries.
