Coffee isn’t only good for pulling all-nighters, but also for heart health, recent research suggests.
People who drink coffee are nearly one-third less likely than nondrinkers to develop a stroke, according to a study at the University of Cambridge in England.
Another study, conducted by the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research in Oakland, California, found coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing abnormal heart rhythms.
