Dr. T. Gilmour Reeve has been selected as Vice Provost for the Office of Academics and Planning.
Dr. Reeves has served in leadership positions at the University as well as Texas Tech University and Auburn University.
Reeve joined the Department of Kinesiology in 2008 as the Helen “Bessie” Silverberg Pliner Professor and Chair. He is currently President of the Research Consortium of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.
Dr. Reeve will assume the position on Monday, Dec. 15.
