Head Coach Will Wade expressed his hope for the Tigers basketball team to complete their 16th win of the season against Vanderbilt in a press conference on Monday.
“We’ve got to do everything we can to get win No. 16 tomorrow,” Wade said.
Wade explained that having a winning season was his first goal of many in rebuilding the LSU basketball program. He harped on the improvement that the team has achieved since last season, in which the Tigers’ final record was 10-21.
“We’ve won six SEC games [this season], we won two [last season],” Wade added.
