As writers and creatives, we love absorbing media. From stories and books to music, movies and TV shows, our staff is always on the lookout for new and different things to read, listen to and watch. We want to engage with you, our readers, and recommend what we’re into — and hear if you have any suggestions for us, too. We’ll publish our Legacy Loves series on a weekly basis. Actor Noah Centineo’s social media presence
If you haven’t followed Noah Centineo on Instagram yet, wyd? The rom-com heartthrob is even funnier in real life than he is in movies, often going on long Instagram Live stretches and filming himself in his car. Centineo gives fans an unedited up-close-and-personal look at his daily life, and we love him all the more for it.
“The Good Place,” NBC
“The Good Place” gives us a reason to keep cable. The show’s past two seasons have charmed us with its deadpan humor and sunny disposition, not to mention the most attractive cast on TV right now. Season three premieres Sept. 27, and we can’t wait to see what waits for Michael, Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani, Jason and Janet in The Bad Place.
To follow: “Brother Nature” on Twitter
Kelvin Peña, also known as “Brother Nature” on Twitter, has been referred to as the new, millennial version of Steve Irwin. His kindness to animals and their affection for him have made his videos go viral. We recommend following him (@COLDGAMEKELV) to add some fun, positivity to your Twitter timeline.
“My Blood And A Few Others From Trench,” Twenty One Pilots
Twenty One Pilots recently released four singles from its upcoming album in July and the tracks have since been on repeat. The forthcoming record, titled “Trench,” is the duo’s first in three years and is out Oct. 5. “My Blood” and “Nico And The Niners” have already made it onto their five most popular songs on Spotify. The EP reminds us why the pair’s “Blurryface” made such an impact and points to an darker, funky fifth release in “Trench.”
