LSU senior golfer Andrew Loupe closed out his PGA Tour experience with a second round 78 at the Zurich Classic in New Orleans to finish 151st overall at 15-over-par.
At times, he showed marked improvement from the previous day, taking seven fewer putts than the tourney-worst 35 putts in his first round.
However, he still struggled to find the fairway, which limited birdie chances. In two rounds, Loupe hit just seven of 28 fairways, a driving percentage of 25 percent.
First round co-leader Bubba Watson finished the second round in sole possession of the lead with a two-day score of 10-under-par.
