A court case deciding further legal action against LSU Vet School employee Marc Boudreaux that was scheduled for today is postponed until Nov. 9.
Boudreaux, who was accused of sexual abuse and harassment by a graduate student, was served a restraining order on Oct. 17 and has been on paid administrative leave since.
A decision was supposed to be made today by a 19th Judicial District Court judge on whether or not to grant a protective order for Elizabeth Lum, who filed the original restraining order.
But Boudreaux’s attorney Charles Cusimano requested and was granted a continuance for the case until Nov. 9, said Jennifer Browning, East Baton Rouge Family Court judicial assistant.
