LSU senior defensive end Lewis Neal gave his thoughts on the indefinitely postponed LSU-Florida game Tuesday.
“The game could’ve been played Sunday or Monday if you planned ahead, and not wait until the last minute,” Neal said. “Anybody that’s smart would’ve planned ahead and knew that the hurricane is coming. It’s common sense, you know, the hurricane is on the way, so let’s make some plans ahead of time.”
Neal also looked ahead to the game against Southern Miss on Saturday.
“I feel like they’re a great offense and that’s a challenge for us,” Neal said. “We have to go out there and do what we have to do.”
