LSU student, Renuka Koritala, was arrested during the LSU-Ole Miss game after Baton Rouge Police Department officers attempted to escort her from the stadium because she was allegedly vomiting on other students.
According the the affidavit of probable cause, Koritala, 20, ran from officers when they initially tried to make contact and kicked the officer attempting to escort her out.
Koritala had to be carried out of the stands using a “fireman’s carry,” according to the affidavit, “so that she would not harm herself.”
Officers later found a clear medicine bottle containing marijuana and a marijuana smoking pipe on her person, according the the affidavit.
Karitala was charged with battery of a police officer, possession of marijuana, resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
