The LSU Men’s Basketball Team faced Arkansas in the fourth game of SEC play. Coming from three straight loses, all in conference play, similar to Razorbacks who had the same record 11-5 (0-3), coming into the game.
A weird start to the first half, since both teams came up with no momentum as it took exactly three minutes for Arkansas to score the first points of the game.
The Razorbacks started stronger, bur thanks to two three pointers scored by Jordan Sears, the Tigers managed to tie the game after the first ten minutes of the game.
After LSU had managed to gain momentum, Arkansas scored 12 points in a row to separete in the scoreboard.
The Tigers finished the first half strong with a three-point field goal scored by Cam Carter to put themselves in position two fight just two points behind.
In the second half Arkansas started strong, scoring 11 points in a row. With 11 minutes left in the game, the Tigers woke up, lead by Collins, Carter and Sears to regain the lead and never look back.
The game finished 78-74 in favor of LSU, who won their first game of conference play.
The Tigers will have their hardest games of the season coming, starting with #11 Texas A&M on Saturday followed by #4 Alabama, and #1 Auburn.
