Tonight, No. 2 LSU traveled to downtown Baton Rouge at the Raising Cane’s River Center, hoping to continue its four-meet winning streak against George Washington.
The Tigers showed great faith in their team tonight as sophomore Leah Miller made her collegiate debut on both the vault and floor.
Miller earned a 9.775 on vault. Despite suffering an Achilles injury during warm-ups against No. 1 Oklahoma, fifth-year senior Chase Brock was seen on her knee scooter, cheering her team to a hopeful victory.

However, the Tigers were led by both six-time SEC Freshman of the Week Kailin Chio and sophomore Konnor McClain with 9.950s.

Before Bryant delivered her floor routine, Chio had an all-around score of 39.675. Bryant needed at least a 9.875 on the floor to take home the all-around title.
As fans waited on Bryant’s floor routine, sophomore Kylie Coen made her floor exercise debut tonight with a 9.900, matching Chio’s score.
After Coen’s debut, the Tigers celebrated Bryant’s 9.925, which helped her pass Chio in the all-around competition.
