LSU football continues conference play as it takes on Arkansas at home in the Battle for the Golden Boot.
The Tigers are coming off a 41-14 win over Mississippi State to start SEC play, and are 2-1 on the season.

End of third quarter: The LSU offense found its rhythm in the third quarter, outscoring Arkansas 14-3. Arkansas has first down at its own 37-yard line when the the fourth quarter starts.
1:40 Third quarter: LSU scores another touchdown. This time, a nine-play, 75-yard drive capped off by an eight-yard touchdown catch from Malik Nabers secures the score. LSU now leads 24-16.

14:00 Third quarter: On a free play, Brian Thomas Jr. makes a catch on deep ball off a deflection and strolls into the endzone. LSU takes a 17-13 lead to start the second half.
Halftime: Harold Perkins sacks KJ Jefferson on the final play of the first half and LSU goes into the break down 13-10. LSU will get the ball first to start the second half.

0:48 Second quarter: KJ Jefferson finds Tyrone Broden in the back of the endzone for a touchdown to make it 13-3 in favor of Arkansas. Play was initially ruled incomplete but reversed after a review.
4:02 Second quarter: A 41-yard run from Josh Williams set LSU up in the redzone, but it’s held to a 24-yard field goal. Score is now 6-3 in Arkansas’ favor.
6:33 Second quarter: Arkansas puts together a long drive, but LSU holds it to a 23-yard field goal. Arkansas now leads 6-0.
