The Society of Human Resource Management now recognizes the E.J Ourso College of Business’ Rucks Department of Management for complying with curriculum guidelines in human resources education.SHRM told the Rucks Department of Management on Feb. 2 their human resources guidelines fit the groups specifications, which were “developed as a result of an extensive research effort to help advance the field of human resources,” according to a University news release.
