The LSU Lady Tigers Basketball team released its 2017-18 non-conference schedule.
The Lady Tigers will open the season with an exhibition against Mississippi College on November 5 in the Peter Maravich Assembly Center. LSU will play its first official game on November 10 on the road against South Florida in a rematch of the 2015 NCAA Tournament opening round game that the Lady Tigers lost 60-48. Senior Raigyne Moncrief-Louis scored 13 points and 10 rebounds in the last meeting.
LSU will return home for its home opener against Southeastern on November 12th, before traveling to Colorado to play North Colorado on November 21.
The Lady Tigers will fly back to Baton Rouge for a game against Nicholls on November 21, before heading back west for the Southpoint Classic in Las Vegas.
LSU will face off against Texas and Saint Louis in the Southpoint Classic. Texas is coming off of a Sweet 16 bid and was ranked fourth in ESPN’s Way-too-early Top 25 ranking.
The Lady Tigers will stop in Lubbock to take on Texas Tech in the SEC/Big XII Challenge on November 30 before returning to Louisiana to take on in-state rival Tulane on December 10.
LSU will return to PMAC after nearly a month away to play UL-Lafayette on December 17 before heading to Little Rock to take on Arkansas-Little Rock on December 20.
The Lady Tigers will close out the season at home against Sam Houston State on December 27.
The SEC conference schedule was released on August 22.
