The LSU Men’s Basketball team hosted their final game of the season in the PMAC Saturday afternoon.
LSU honored senior players Jordan Sears, Dji Bailey, Derek Fountain, Trace Young, and Louisiana native Cam Carter before the game.
The Aggies defeated LSU 66-52 after Jordan Sears was the only Tiger to score double digits finishing the day with 21 points in 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, Wade Taylor IV led Texas A&M with 17 points and six rebounds.
In the final 15 seconds of the game, Senior Guard Trace Young joined seniors like Carter and Sears on the court as the clock hit double zeros.
With the loss, LSU falls to 14-17 on the season as Texas A&M advances to 22-9. The Tigers are 3-15 in conference play this season and will take on Mississippi State, who is 8-10 in conference play, Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the SEC tournament in Nashville, Tennessee.
