Eli Latiolais, Reveille Digital Editor
Why did you join the Reveille?
I joined the Reveille looking for an outlet of expression. I was at quite a loss for what I wanted out of college and a future career when I approached the Reveille. And I found a home in journalism that I fit right in. One of the best decisions I ever made.
What positions have you held at the Reveille?
I was a digital optimizer before I took over as the digital editor.
What’s your favorite thing about working at the Reveille?
My favorite thing about the Reveille is the community around our newspaper. Everyone who has ever worked or works here looks out for each other. It’s a unique amalgam of all shapes and sizes,
What’s your favorite story that you’ve worked on so far?
The favorite story I have worked on so far was working on social media for the Reveille’s piece about Trump’s travel ban barring international students from LSU and the US.
What do you hope to do after graduation?
Law school, and then hopefully a homestead in west Montana farming sheep.
