Baton Rouge Police arrested Robert Bayardo earlier today as the second suspect in an altercation that occurred in the parking lot of Reggie’s Bar on April 27, 2013, around 2:13 a.m. according to a news release.

Bayardo was charged with Second Degree Battery and transported and booked into East Baton Rouge Paris Prison. 

LSU sophomore running back Jeremy Hill was the first suspect arrested after this incident.

Hill’s arrest was made shortly after the incident on Saturday morning after police were provided with a video allegedly depicting Hill and Bayardo striking the victim unconscious.
