“Game of Thrones” star Kit Harington stars as Milo in the movie “Pompeii.” Milo is a slave gladiator who is in a race against time to save the love of his life before she marries into Roman nobility. The catch is he has to do so while his beloved city also falls apart around him. The movie’s love story during a historic, catastrophic disaster adds to the suspense throughout the movie. The visual effects of this movie are astonishing and make you feel as if the ash were coming straight toward you from Mount Vesuvius. The intense sword-fighting scenes and action-packed film allows you to experience it as if the moviegoers are in the midst of war. Moviegoers will believe that they are a part of one of the world’s most epic love searches and disasters simultaneously.
