Episode seven starts off directly where episode six left off— with Jimmy Darling entering Dandy Mott’s home.
Darling comes to convince Bette and Dot Tattler to come back to the freak show. The twins are hesitant, believing they are being treated better with Mott. Darling disagrees, knowing who Mott truly is.
When Mott attempts to have the twins stay, he reveals that he has read Dot’s diary and knows about her wanting the surgery. Dot quickly realizes Mott is untrustworthy and wants to leave. Bette still believes Mott is good, but decides to side with her sister and they leave with Darling.
Mott is infuriated.
Once the twins return, they tell the freaks that Elsa Mars took them to Mott’s because they asked her. Later, Mars asks what the twins what in return and they tell her 50 percent of the freak show’s box office sales. Mars doesn’t want to do this so she writes a letter to Dot asking what she planned to do with the money. Dot writes back saying surgery to separate her and Bette.
Mars has dinner with Stanley and tells him what the twins want. Stanley suggests another option— killing the twins.
Stanley also blackmails Dell Toledo after he sees him at the gay bar.
He tells Toledo to kill a freak for him. Toledo attempts to kill Amazon Eve first, but she misconstrues his attack as rape and fights back, injuring Toledo.
Darling tells the women that he will put Toledo in his place, but instead the two bond at the bar and Toledo admits he is Darling’s father after Darling says he figured it out previously.
The women of the freak show are not happy that the two have bonded.
After dillydallying, Toledo finally does what Stanley asks and straggles Ma Petite. She is later seen being shown in a museum.
Penny returns home after taking care of a wounded Paul, the illustrated seal.
Her dad decides to teach her a lesson by asking a local tattoo artist over. They drug Penny and shave her head and tattoo her entire face.
Penny returns to Paul, hysterically crying and not wanting to reveal her face. Once Paul sees her, he is horrified, but accepts her as she is.
