LSU began the season ranked 13th in the Associated Press top 25 teams in the country. The Tigers fell out of the rankings after their loss to Auburn and have yet to be added back even after their win over Florida last Saturday.
This Saturday will be LSU’s first home game since falling out of the top 25. We went around campus and asked some tiger fans whether or not they will still be behind their team through the team’s struggles.
“This is my dream school, geaux tigers” LSU student Amanda Flores said.
All the students we spoke to agreed that they will still support the tigers through think and thin.
Students also gave Les Miles some advice to help the team climb back up the AP poll.
“Stop running it up the middle on first down. It’s getting annoying,” Freshman Zach Weiss said.
LSU will take on the Kentucky Wild Cats on Saturday night in Tiger Stadium.
