Congressional Candidate and former Governor Edwin Edwards talked to LSU Tiger TV about his 2001 trial and conviction on Friday.
Edwards, a Democrat who served four terms as Governor of Louisiana, was convicted on 17 criminal counts and served nine years in Federal Prison.
He was released in 2011 and is currently seeking election to the House of Representatives from Louisiana’s 6th Congressional District.
