Just a few weeks before the LSU baseball team kicks off its 2014 schedule, Alex Box Stadium played host to a number of former Tigers and MLB players Saturday for the 2 Seam Dream Foundation Cancer Awareness Day.
The second annual event featured an autograph session, a Home Run Derby, a silent auction and a softball game featuring a handful of ex-LSU players, including Mason Katz, Todd Walker, Ryan Theriot and others.
Other former MLB players also participated, including John Rocker and David Dellucci.
Former Tiger Rick Greene created the 2 Seam Dream Foundation in March 2012 to help fund cancer research.
