A ruptured water main near Roosevelt Street has “potential” to impact LSU’s campus, according to a campus-wide email sent Wednesday.
Baton Rouge Water company has applied a temporary fix to the main, and LSU Facility Maintenance is monitoring buildings for any impact, according to the email.
There was an initial drop in water pressure to the north side of campus, the email said, but pressure has since gone back to normal.
