As schools closed due to the severe weather passing through the area this morning, some of the bars here in Baton Rouge decided to open.
The House in Tigerland was one of the first, but Fred’s and Bogies also tweeted about their open hours. The bars opened due to school closures, despite the weather, encouraging students to have “tornado parties,” on their day off.
