Local stores have switched seasonal decorations from skeletons to Santa Clause.
Thanksgiving is still weeks away, but some LSU students are already in the holiday spirit.
”I’m actually about to go get a onesie for myself, I like having one around Christmastime,” Kelly Najar, LSU junior, said.
“I don’t think it can come fast enough, I think after Halloween is the perfect time,” Najar said.
Though some students are already trimming their trees, others aren’t ready to give up trick-or-treating for Christmas caroling.
“Not everyone likes listening to Christmas music,” Zach Taylor, LSU junior, said, “If I had it my way, you would only listen to Christmas music the night before and the day of.”
Not all LSU students are a fan of seeing red and green in stores, but hardly any student can argue seeing purple and gold.
Most students said they aren’t ready for Yuletide, but are ready for Saturday’s football game against The Crimson Tide.
