The Be Heard and Your LSU tickets secured the most votes during Monday and Tuesday’s Student Government presidential election, leaving the Renew LSU and R.E.A.L. Campaign tickets behind as they advance to next week’s runoff.
Be Heard, led by Taylor Cox and Carrie Hebert, garnered the most votes with 2,352, or 36 percent. In second place was Landon Hester and Kristina Lagasse’s Your LSU, with 1,782 votes. 
The R.E.A.L. Campaign, consisting of fraternal twins Joshua and Joseph Hollins, ranked third with 1,272 votes, and Renew LSU’s Bat Brunner and Madeleine Davis drew 1,123 votes.
The top two tickets will continue campaigning for the runoff election, slated to be held April 2 and 3.
