The LSU men’s Swimming and Diving team was ranked No. 14 in the most recent College Swimming Coaches Association of America poll, which was released Tuesday.
It marked the highest ranking the team has achieved during swimming coach Dave Geyer and diving coach Doug Shaffer’s respective tenures.
The Tigers were the third-highest ranked Southeastern Conference team in the poll, behind No. 4 Florida and No. 11 Georgia.
Auburn, winner of 16 consecutive SEC championships, came in at No. 16.
LSU does not compete again until the Auburn Diving Invitational on December 17 at the Martin Aquatics Center in Auburn.
