International students can’t check off the name of the new president on Election Day, but their ineligibility to vote has not stopped them from forming their own opinion about the future of the U.S.The British Broadcasting Corporation polled about 22,000 adults in 22 countries and concluded 46 percent believe Barack Obama is capable of improving changes in US relations with the world, and 20 percent believe John McCain is capable of the same feat.
