Hillel, the Jewish student organization, is serving a dinner that is kosher for Passover tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at the West Campus Apartments main building.
Jews traditionally obey dietary restrictions during the eight day holiday of Passover, which begins at the middle of the Jewish Lunar month, said Moshe Cohen Hillel interim program coordinator in an e-mail. The tradition is to eat only unleavened bread, he said.
“Jewish students have returned from the break with the holiday still here,” Cohen said.
Hillel will host another dinner Thursday night after the holiday has ended.
