LSU Softball Head Coach Beth Torina discussed at a media availaibility on Wednesday the difference between SEC play and non-conference play.
“It’s really just beginning,” Torina said. “I think what we’ve faced up to this point is not much in comparison with what we’ll see in the SEC.”
“So hopefully we’ll be ready and prepared. We still have a lot of young kids that need to learn a lot of things about playing in the SEC and that’ll start happening this week.”
The LSU softball team heads to Auburn for a weekend series to open up its SEC play.
The first game between the two Tigers is set for Friday, March 10 at 6 p.m.
