LSU (8-3, 5-2 Southeastern Conference) braved the harsh weather in Knoxville to defeat the Volunteers 30-10 on Saturday.
LSU rose three spots to No.18 in the Coaches Poll and two spots to No. 19 in the AP Poll following the win.
The Tigers will return home on next Saturday to face Texas A&M (7-4, 4-3 SEC).
